Description

This is a fire protection device that will cut power to any connected equipment when the sensor temperature rises too quickly (rate of rise) or exceeds the maximum (approx 45 Deg-C).  It can also be connected with one or more smoke detectors.

It is intended to be used to protect and alarm equipment cabinets, storage areas or anywhere with operating electrical equipment that could cause a fire – almost any electrical equipment.  Developed originally for Laser cutters, which do produce some smoke but are also a fire risk.  Has been used in computer equipment cabinets.
