This is a cost charge only.  Add as many of this item to the cart as required to make up the quoted or invoiced amount and complete the purchase through the checkout.

We no longer process Credit Card numbers provided by phone or email – the bank closed the old service.  This item is a payment option for our customers buying direct and not via the shopping cart or making a payment on an old invoice or adjustment.
