Description
This is the basic kit of parts for a home fire prevention and alarm system. With smoke detectors and alarms it has been shown to prevent kitchen fires from starting (the most common home fire). Additional protection to living areas and bedrooms is provided by linked smoke detectors and loud audible alarms.
When building or renovating, why wouldn’t you have your electrician install this simple protection.

The Short version

The Basic system includes:
- The Fire Denyer Controller and battery pack
- Controller battery
- Contactor – installed at the switchboard
- 4 hard-wired smoke alarms
Supplied by the installer:
- Mains wiring (TPS)
- Security cable for smoke alarms (4-core)
- Electrical Misc. – flush-box, fixings, etc.
- Note: smoke alarm low voltage wiring must be security cable. TPS is not suitable, can damage small terminals and cause other problems.
