This is the next step from the original 6-channel LED flasher-controller. More details.

It is able to drive 1 watt and 3 watt LEDs directly without additional resistors and from a 3-6 cell Lipo or 12-30V DC supply. It uses a UBEC mounted on the back to provide a stable 9V LED supply, greatly simplifying the resistor selection.

Functionally it is very similar to the original LED controller, seen here.

One additional feature is an output to drive a loud alarm buzzer for lost model locating in fields and scrub. Our RF lost model tracker seen here is still recommended for the times when you land a bit further away.
